Why : For bribing a employee of Mcot Plc to bail his ฿ 138 M / $ 389000 debpt.

How : The court heard that from Feb 4, 2005, to April 28, 2006, Sorrayuth's company bribed an Mcot employee. She was paid 658,000 baht to not report to Mcot's TV commercials.

Summary : On 29 Feb 2016 Sorrayuth Suthasanachida was sentenced to 13 and a half year in Jail for hiding a 138 M Baht debpt owed to the state run media, and bribing a Mcot's employee. She paied 658,000 baht to not to report to Mcot's Tv commercials.
